Your grassroots pressure is working . . . 

Yesterday, eleven courageous Republicans REVOLTED on the House floor against Kevin McCarthy, banding together to block ALL future legislation unless Congressman Andrew Clyde’s pistol brace ban repeal (H.J. Res. 44) is brought up for a vote.

These eleven have effectively seized control of the House until McCarthy gives them what they want.

THIS IS HOW WE FIGHT!

The ringleader of the battle on the House floor is our closest Congressional ally, Congressman Matt Gaetz of Florida.

Joining Congressman Gaetz in this patriotic mutiny on the House floor were Andy Biggs (AZ), Dan Bishop (NC), Lauren Boebert (CO), Ken Buck (CO), Tim Burchett (TN), Eli Crane (AZ), Bob Good (VA), Ralph Norman (SC), Matt Rosendale (MT), and Chip Roy (TX).

(Notice Michigan’s Congressional Delegation were AWOL and are standing with McCarthy instead of the patriots.) 

Still peeved at Kevin McCarthy’s disastrous debt ceiling scam deal made with Joe Biden and the Democrats, these eleven Congressmen, most members of the House Freedom Caucus, drew a line in the sand yesterday in taking action to slow down McCarthy’s do-nothing agenda.

McCarthy has been Speaker now for five months and has yet to bring one pro-Second Amendment piece of legislation to the House floor for a vote.

With Joe Biden’s pistol brace ban going into effect less than one week ago, and gun owners like you irate — making calls, sending emails, and texts — Congress is taking extreme grassroots heat to take action on H.J. Res. 44.

Here’s the good news: Congressman Clyde says that thanks to your grassroots heat and the action of these eleven on the House floor, that McCarthy and his leadership have told him H.J. Res. 44 could come to the floor as early as next Tuesday.

But there’s potentially a big problem, according to Congressman Gaetz.

Uniparty RINOs are furious at what happened on the House floor yesterday and are threatening to tank the pistol brace repeal by voting no.

That’s why this fight is far from over.
